PENNY K. YANEZ, Vice President – Personal Trust Administration, is a graduate of Coastal Bend Community College with an Associates Degree in Mid Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Concordia University at Austin. Mrs. Yanez is a graduate of the Texas School of Trust Banking at SMU, the Texas Trust Banking Court-Created Trusts, Advanced Court-Created Trusts courses, and Changes and Trends Affecting Special Needs Trusts. She has fourteen years of experience in court created trust administration and personal trust administration. Ms. Yanez is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Texas, and The Texas Brain Injury Society. She also volunteers for the Lance Armstrong Foundation, Zachary Scott Theater, and Biscuit Brothers.
